Refund & Returns Policy

Because our merchandise is produced through Printful, a print-on-demand service, all products are made specifically for each order. This means we cannot offer returns or exchanges due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, or color preference.

Refunds & Replacements

We will replace or refund your order only if:

  • The product is defective or damaged

  • The wrong item was sent

  • There is a printing error

How to Request a Refund or Replacement

Email info@thefivethirds.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos showing the problem. We will review your request and work with Printful to resolve the issue.

Shipping Details

  • Processing Time: Most orders ship within 2–7 business days after payment.
  • Delivery Time: Shipping time depends on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Estimated delivery times are shown during checkout.
  • Shipping Confirmation: You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.
  • Lost Packages: If your order is lost in transit, please contact us so we can open a claim with the carrier.
  • Wrong Address: Please double-check your address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
  • Return Shipping (if applicable): For approved returns, we will provide instructions. In most cases involving defects or errors, we will cover the cost of return shipping. For all other approved returns, the customer is responsible for shipping costs.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Because each item is made to order, cancellations or changes must be requested within 1 hour of purchase. After this window, production may have started and changes may not be possible.

  • Digital products (if applicable)
